@ViCustomerCare Most worst (calling, internet,customer support ) services. Finally I ported my no from VI to Jio.Guys don't use Vi services because their services are so bad. Even I had registered the complain, but solution, now soon Vi company will be shutdown soon due to worst experience

@ViCustomerCare-Everytime you taking time and closing the complaint but the solution is zero, it was supposed to be solved on 21.01.2022, 27.01.2022 but you just fooling and harassing the customers, as per month you are earning 1200/- from postpaid family plan customer.

@ViCustomerCare @ConsumerGoodsF over the phone u told me within 48hours concern will get resolved. Why u didn't mention it on tweet. Should I take as a commitment or a fake commitment. Almost 40days gone to resolve my issues. Like every time u ppl r just telling me to wait. Pls clarify how long?

@ViCustomerCare- since last 15 days no technician visited my home premises and Vodafone has updated wrong in there system as problem been solved and has closed down the complaint, what a bad and worst service from Vodafone, they just want to earn money without solving the problem

@ViCustomerCare I had recharged my mom's Vi number in December 2021 for Rs.2899. Now network is showing not registered on her mobile. Unable to make calls or use data in spite of the unlimited recharge. Poor service from Vi!!
