Sapp reported yesterday. Four illegally killed deer were confiscated last week, Sapp added. One of the confiscations was near Newark and involved ing a deer in closed season, Sapp said. Campanelli, 1300 block Maple Wilmington. The Newark deer was seized Wednesday. Sapp said he knows the men involved but is waiting for completion of the investigation to make the arrests. The Woodland Beach arrests were made Saturday. Sapp said the juvenile, 17, will face the charges in Family Court.
