We are reinforcing our Quality Control team!

Our strong growth continues, and we are looking forQuality Control Analyststo reinforce ourQC planning and Support Functionteam andMaterial & outsourced testingteam.

Analyst in QC planning and Support Function team

• Main responsibilities are related to the implementation of new laboratory equipment, which includes managing the entire equipment validation process from the arrival of the device to its actual use in the laboratory, as well as validating analyses using these new devices.
• The role requires previous experience in a laboratory and educational background in laboratory field, as familiarity with equipment operation and result handling and interpretation is necessary.
• Technical understanding or interest, as well as prior experience or understanding in equipment validation or procurement, are also important.
• In addition to these tasks, the work involves other support activities within the framework of workload and changing schedules, depending on the individual’s previous experience.
• The work is carried out in close collaboration with a team of four Analysts who are dedicated to equipment validation project.
• The work is mainly located in our new production facility at Finport.

The employment is fixed-term until 31.12.2025 and full-time (37,5 h/week). We would like you to start preferably in beginning of June or August.

Analyst in Material & outsourced testing team

• Main responsibilities in this role include material handling and IT-related tasks such as:
  • Sample Recording: Accurately record details of incoming samples, including their origin, type, and relevant information. Maintain a well-organized sample database.
  • Outsourced Testing Coordination: Collaborate with contract laboratories to ensure timely and accurate sample testing. Coordinate sample shipments and documentation.
  • Results Review: Review test results from outsourced laboratories. Identify any discrepancies or anomalies and report them to the team.
  • Raw Material Sampling: Collect raw material samples according to established protocols. Ensure proper labeling and documentation.
  • Sample Aliquoting: Prepare aliquots from bulk samples for further testing. Maintain accurate records of aliquoting activities.
• In this position, educational background in the laboratory field (e.g. laboratory technology, laboratory technician, laboratory assistant, bioanalytics) and earlier experience working in laboratory environment is considered as an advantage but is not required.

The employment is permanent and full-time (37,5 h/week). We would like you to start preferably in beginning of June or August.

In order to succeed in both teams, you will need to have a good command of English (oral and written) and good IT-skills together with open-minded attitude towards softwares. You will get good introduction to your tasks and support from your team and line manager.
